Birth doula package

What's included:

​

  • A minimum of 2 prenatal visits 

  • On-call time starting at 37 weeks

  • Virtual or in-person support during early labor

  • Birth photography

  • Continuous labor support and up to 2 hours of support immediately following the birth

  • A minimum of 1 postpartum visit

What's included:

The needs of every family during the fourth trimester are different. With this in mind, I create a unique package with each of my clients.

Tasks of a postpartum doula:

  • Infant care and feeding assistance

  • Light housekeeping

  • Emotional support and mood screening

  • Overnight care 

  • Assistance with physical recovery
